Ashok Leyland: #BreakThePerception

Ashok Leyland being the 2nd largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in India wanted to #BreakThePerception that the world has towards the manufacturing sector & the people working behind the scenes. As an equal opportunities provider they wanted to showcase the role women play at the various Ashok Leyland manufacturing plants and encourage more women to break stereotypes.

In order to #BreakThePerception, we planned a small social experiment at the Ashok Leyland Pantnagar Plant in Uttarakhand. We took 5 little girls to the plant and asked them a few questions regarding their perception of the people working in the massive manufacturing facility. Once we captured their answers we revealed to them a lesser known fact and captured their reactions.
